What is Woofin?
Woofin is a mobile app designed to help you build a better relationship with your dog through simple activities, games, and daily ideas.
How do I start an activity?
Open the app, choose an activity, and follow the step-by-step instructions on the cards.
Do I need any special equipment?
Most activities require little to no equipment. If something is needed, it will be mentioned in the activity. If you don’t have the required equipment, you can try to substitute it or return to the activity later.
Account & Login
I can’t log in.
Make sure you are using the correct email address. If you’re using a magic link, check your inbox (and spam folder).
How do I delete my account?

Activities
What if my dog doesn’t understand the activity?
That’s completely normal. Go slower, simplify the steps, and keep it fun. Remember, practice makes progress.
Are the activities safe?
All activities are designed to be simple and safe, but always use your own judgment and adapt them to your dog.
My dog doesn’t want to participate.
Take a break and try again later. Every dog has different energy levels and moods. You can also try different activities to see which your dog enjoys most.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your App Store (Apple or Google Play).
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google.
Technical Issues
The app is not working properly?
Try restarting the app or updating it to the latest version.
