1.2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Woofin, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.


If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1.3 Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction.
1.4 User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining confidentiality of your account
  • All activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

1.5 Permitted Use

You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial use only.


You agree NOT to:

  • Reverse engineer or copy the Service
  • Use bots, scripts, or automation
  • Upload harmful, illegal, or misleading content
1.6 Content Disclaimer

You expressly acknowledge and agree that all activities, exercises, and suggestions provided through the Service are performed entirely at your own risk.


Woofin shall not be liable for any injuries, harm, damages, or losses to you, your dog, or any third party, including but not limited to:

  • Physical injuries or accidents
  • Health complications or medical conditions
  • Behavioral issues resulting from activities
  • Improper or unsafe execution of any activity
  • Use of inappropriate environments, equipment, or conditions

You are solely responsible for evaluating whether any activity is appropriate for you and your dog, considering factors such as health, age, physical condition, environment, and training level.


You agree to stop any activity immediately if you or your dog experience discomfort, pain, or risk of injury.


Woofin is not responsible for how users interpret, perform, or apply any content within the Service.

1.7 Subscriptions (Woofin+)
  • Payments are processed via Apple App Store / Google Play
  • Subscriptions renew automatically
  • You must cancel through your app store

Refunds are handled by the respective app store unless required by law.

1.8 Virtual Goods

Points, coins, badges:

  • Have no monetary value
  • Cannot be exchanged
  • May be modified or removed at any time
1.9 Intellectual Property

All rights remain with Woofin. Strictly prohibited:

  • Copying UI, activities, or design
  • Reusing content commercially
1.10 Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party services, including:

  • Payment providers
  • Analytics tools
  • External links
1.11 Termination

We may terminate access:

  • For violations
  • For legal reasons
  • If the Service is discontinued
1.12 Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.
1.13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woofin shall NOT be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Loss of data
  • Injuries related to activities
1.14 Governing Law
Slovenian law applies.
